These Terms govern use of the NEXMQZ LLC website and describe the NEXMQZ LLC text messaging programs.
NEXMQZ LLC may offer two separate optional SMS programs: (1) Customer Care / informational messages, including responses to inquiries, service-related communications and requested updates; and (2) Marketing / promotional messages, including promotions, offers and marketing updates.
Consent for Customer Care / informational messages is separate from consent for Marketing / promotional messages. Users may choose either, both, or neither. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Marketing consent is collected through a separate affirmative, unchecked choice.
Customer Care message frequency varies. Marketing messages may be sent up to 8 times per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
